Vaccine work. Vaccines help. Thats why a lot of common diseases that where deadly to people in the past have been mostly eradicated. Taking the covid vaccine might save love ones from contracting covid. We wont have to be in lock down anymore! You all really need to think rationally.

I wouldn’t take the covid vaccine because I’ve worked in research long enough to not trust them.

But I disagree about the use of the Hek cell line. These are cell lines derived form a long dead foetus form decades ago. It’s not actual bits of foetus lung. Various cell lines exist for a plethora of different conditions. For the covid vaccine the viral genes were propagated using this foetal cell line and then harvested. No actual pieces of lung is inside the vaccine.

I’m afraid we cannot afford to have a problem with these cell lines because virtually all drug development and biological research depends on them.
