It irks me when I see people say Moe instead of Mohammed .
It's all a linguistic development, it's not like ppl are intentionally doing that. Like in Arabic Plato is Aflaton. Aristotle is Arasto. Diogenes is Diogans Al-kalbi.
Ppl try to pronounce names and mostly misprounouce it and from there it begins the whole thing.
