Garacad and Hobyo can both serve East African countries that are land-locked.

In the short-term, there may be issues like Berbera vs Bosaso but in the long run it's good for Somalia's economic potential.

That's what I want for Garacad maybe even bigger with a highway connecting the two. Becauseo the only other port now that can handle containers is Xamar - as bosaaso on purpose is being held back

That's not true. Farmajo lifted 1 stone almost two years ago.
