States vs Federal government. What is next? City against State. Galmudug VP sides with FG policy

The Vice President of Galmudug Hashi just came out against Galmudug by saying he supports Federal governments position in staying neutral in regards to the Gulf crisis.

Galmudug this week came out against the Federal government stating that they are urging the Federal government to side with UAE and Saudi Arabia and abondon its neutral stance.
