No, that is not what 350k gets you in xamar or everywhere in somalia, you are confusing lavish apartments in down town muqdisho where only the peice of land they are built on costs may be 150k dollars, but here we see single 6-7 room building with no special architecture in it and a wall, in hargeisa which is the 2nd most expensive town this building would cost no more than 60k
yeah there needs to be an audit.. a lot of people must’ve pocketed money from this.
That’s only special cases, you can get a family home in xamar for 30k.

Where in yaqshid are you seeing land go for 30k? I got family that live in tawfiiq and their plot of land is worth around 100k. You can only find land worth 30k on the outskirts of mogadishu.
