Starting a dental school in Somalia

Im currently in my first year of dental school and I want to move back home after practicing for a couple years how could I do this??

Kudo to you, mate for thinking along those lines. There are a few options to consider, but at first feasibility study of what is mostly needed, what is lacking where, and then how best go about it, ought to be carried out.

Firstly, this shall entail your visiting the old country, surveying established dental clinics, with a handful of dental schools, observing gaps, sampling the locals, and most of all devising a strategy of laying the foundation, brick by brick, for it shall take some years.

Secondly, spend some time, possibly years to work in the field on the ground to gain first-hand experience of how things work whilst revising your grand plan.

Thirdly, you will want to find partners, both in its establishment and management. Think about starting very small with a plan to grow incrementally, if gradually.

And finally, let no one ever tell you it is not doable.
