Puntland gets its own aid directly to them. Puntland doesn't pay a cent of tax to the federal government. Whilst Mogadishu pays tax, HAG states contribute troops and HAG people die 98% from Al-shabab attacks. Saying that Puntland must have a share in Mogadishu resources without contributing a cent to the pot is crazy. Even the 4.5 system in Mogadishu where Somali's from Somaliland and Puntland getting top job unfair and is crazy. Likewise Garcaad port was built my OM. So do all Somali's expect to get a share of its success or should OM be left alone to ripe the rewards.

Brilliantly said and you are a very smart person. You can give these hateful people everything and they would still hate you.
