I don't think so Sharia law is very harsh all the people will run away from Khaatumo just like Xamar in 2006 under Islamic courts

Should Somaliland also be freed from Salafist Jihadis since this is from your constitution?

Many place claim to adhere to Sharia. Saudi Arabia is famous example. So I don't see why anyone wouldn't see this coming.

What about xeer system? I know Somali people use xeer and sharia law together

The entire world has agreed that Salafist Jihadists need to eliminated. It’s also why Deobandi Jihadists like the Taliban are still a pariah state. The UAE which is an avowed enemy of Muslim Brotherhood & Jihadists will give us the support we need (drones, missiles) to eliminate such forces in Eastern Sool & Eastern Sanaag insha’allah
No doubt it'll be a mix of xeer (as traditional system) sharia (as law and judicial system) and republican (as in for the people and voting). Essentially like other states since on paper we claim Islam as the state religion and sharia as its guideline.
