This is one of the dumbest conflicts in Somalia and that says a lot. This duality feeds insecurity and bad headlines is why nobody invests in Somalia. These two maamuls probably missed out on millions in investments cause of the instability.
Warsangeli were never khaatumo they had a short lived state from 2007-2009 before they went back to Puntland.
Those seats will be gone once the current admins term ends no more free seats after that or positions in government
