To be fair, SSC has not been attacking, but on the defence, yet the losing side is on the offence, and if SSC wanted to, they could have continued attacking, but for the sake of all concerned chose not to; I think that was very wise.

No one will concede. The war in the south continued for 10 years and no one conceded until the Arta conference was held in Djibouti.
