Khaatumo Region is the hero of Somalia and they forging ahead to become the most prosperous and successful part on Somalia in 10 years.

Khatumo Region has so much potential and now their united their people can achieve anything. Unlike before their was great division among them making it impossible for progress. Khatumo State afkina ha barto, as the state will consist of an executive, legislative parliament, and judicial. I hope within these two year interim period, they complete the drafting of their constitution, set up parliament, and courts organs of the state and hand over a completed state for the first ever Khatumo elections.

Don't worry about security conditions because SL was totally decimated and need their police trained in Ethiopia, their SNM militias is in the same situation. Nimankasi jabka gaadhay beyond qaniimo but even capacity and experience is amazing and makes me proud. All they have is recruits trained with 6 month experience including their commanders, their no threat for at least 30 years to rebuild capacity.

They got alot work to do especially around their constitution as this piece of document will describe their territory, their resident political aspirations, their views of Somalia, the rights and responsibilities of the residents and state organs, how the state organs work internally or with other organs, parliament system to be adopted, the internal powers/ mandate and jurisdiction of the supreme court. Their are many other areas but if its not done, it will be seen as a reactionary project and not a state that sits on and falls under the rule of law.

They got two year interim period to get their act together and begin a constitutional assembly and ratify it and make it the rule of law in Khatumo territories, if they fail to do this in the interim transition, Khatumo will be seen as a failed project. Once a constitution is in place lagama soo noqon karo si fudud as all legal experts know.
