Hamas is the wedge in that relationship. I don't always agree with the Israeli government, but Hamas has stated that they don't want to have a two state and to make the whole area Islamic rule.

Muslims have a lot of countries while the Jews have ONE. Israel belongs to the Jews and it's biblical. We can also get in the geological debate on why Israel should exist if you want.

Let me put this in a language you might understand, and offer some historical relevance and similarities.

If I am not mistaken, to date, African Americans celebrate people like Harriet Tubman.

A terrorist today is a freedom fighter of the morrow.

S Adams, G Washington, C Peale and many others had been considered insurgents for fighting against colonial oppression, and for freedom.

f) In Ireland, Sinn Fein, the armed branch of the IRA, which now has majority in both Parliaments of the Republic of Ireland, and Norther Ireland, was classified a terrorist org., due to their daring to say ney to colonial occupation of British forces on Irish soil, with the likes of M Collins, G Adams etc., considered violent terrorists. Today, their monuments stand in city squares celebrated as freedom fighters.

g) Palestine is no different from said freedom fighters, in that its struggle for freedom and liberty maintains two branches:
a) Hamas, its the armed branch, and
b) Palestinian Authority, its political wing.

The two are inseparable, for the latter lacks political clout sans the former the same way the IRA lacked influence sans Sinn Fein, which eventually forced colonial Britain to bugger off.

The same applies to earlier groups, orgs, and individuals, who had risen against oppression, suppression, and subjugation from Munchuria to Basque to Polisario and farther afield.

And so now applies to Hamas. Any, who argues against Hamas stands with oppressors and subjugators, and stands in the way of lasting peace in Palestine, freedom and liberty for Palestinians.

Peace in Palestine shall only be realised the day the empire that is of the US and its allies could no longer maintain, or finance their military base in the MidEast.

And you sir are gullible, misinformed, and misguided in your rationalisation, and your ancestors would be ashamed of your subservient, slavish psyche piddling upon causes they fought hard for, and upon their interment grounds. Hosanna!

they would had the jews stayed there. But they didnt. So whos fault is that. Not a single one of them (apart from a few arab jews) even have great grandfathers (x25) who can trace their asses back to the levant. You cant leave then come back 2500 years later and expect people to pick their bags up and leave.

Why do you keep thinking that Jews as a whole are Ashkenazi? Most of the population in Israel is Mizrahi and Sephardim.
