Depends where in Canada it's a bigger country than the US. For example in southern Ontario where like 1/3 of Canadians live it's actually much nicer than Minnesota and the Midwest. It's warmer in the winter but we get more snow because of the great lakes. Our summers are pretty much identical but it's more humid - again because of the lakes.
