More then a decade ago when he came out against the ICU, he made a career insulting political figures around Xamar while claiming to be Sacad, due to the clan structure in the country many of those whose clan he insulted came to complain but nobody of the clan knew this dude lineage.
An investigation was launched across the whole of Mudug after he refused to state the sub-clan he was part off, after complaints kept coming in, this involved every Odey Dhaqameed from every sub-sub-clan of Sacad and as a result a major conference was held were he was dubbed 'sheegato' 'unknown' around 2008 almost a decade ago.
While this took place some of the Madhibaan clan's around mudug claimed him, Dahir Alasow won a court injunction against several websites that were forced to take the content down exposing him, an uncle of mine in Holland was even arrested for this.
He then went on to accuse several HG business man of aiding and abetting shabab fictitiously which resulted in many families being destroyed and some man serving life sentences because they sent money to ICU (not recognised as terrorist) but he claimed those man were (shabab) at the height of 2008.
This all happened 2007/2008 and the majority of the elderly people know this yet the OP wants us to believe that he is somehow a spokesperson for that clan that ex communicated him and dubbed him sheegato in a major conference 2008 a decade ago.
Dahir Alasow like all quasi independent journalist can only make money through opposition, I can become his donor tonight and give him 6 figures and he would support whatever agenda that I have, his major donors just like previously are all Anti government groups. He mixes truth with falsehood and only a brainless moron uses him as a primary source or even worse claims he is a clan's spokesperson.
