I don't know how people in the south use dhul when referring to real estate, but dhul to me means unbuilt land. She is saying I don't own any unbuilt land.

I can confirmDhul means land, usually developed land, undeveloped land, we call it goof.

I wouldn't say it was sadaqo. Post war some people who lived abroad and had homes in places they left let people live there rent free. It doesn't mean they have given it up as sadaqo.
We call undeveloped land boos or dhul.
I meant she didn't mind letting poor people squat, I have family members who were in same situation. They knew IDPs were living there and didn't evict them, for them it was sadaqo. But when some business people evicted the masaakiin IDPs to develop the land they put stop to it. I meant it was in a sense sadaqo to let the IDPs or the poor stay there. She said it herself that she knew poor people were there and she didn't mind it that much, surely she will get ajir for that.
Anyways if the land is hers, iA she will get her xaq.
And yes boos is the right word for undeveloped land. Goof is much bigger.
