Syrians weren't angels, I was referring to the facts that syrians in Turkey and Lebanon face deaths and burning of their poor tents, refugees tents getting burned, do you know that there weren't tents in Syria for refugee let alone burning them or killing any refugee. Racism exist everywhere, even in somalia, but the Syrian Gov or even the police will let any physical attack on any refugee for being in Syria.


If you went to Syria before 2011 and called for the expulsion of the refugee you may got a punch in the face.

The Gov first hosted in School and public facilities, but eventually put in rent houses the rest were hosted by Syrian families, and each family took another from schools and hosted them. There were varieties of refugees in syria. Syria hosted about 2 million refugee quietly, without complaints or hatred or anything like that.

Seems sensible but even if you put the whole Lebanon population in Syria they can't be compared to the 6 million in Turkey. Syria didn't host 6 million rfgs or the perception would be different. But you cant compare any Lebanon or Turkish to a Syrian, the latter is a gem among them but I wouldn't feel for any of them!!!!

They do hate Somalis specially those with businesses, you heard about the police and the locals harassing Somali business owners in Ankara? Some got deported other arrested for months and got their business closed and licenses/permits revoked for absolutely no reason.

I always found it weird how similar Arabs and Spanish people looked, even south Americans resemble Arabs. Then I remembered that the Spanish were conquered by the Arabs and the Spanish later conquered the south Americas and further contributed to the spread those Arab genes.

Well, Berbers/Arabs did rule Iberia (Spain&Portugal) for over 700 years. So of course in that time, there would be mixing.

They look alike because they are right next to eachother in their native homelands. They also share the same climate and have adapted to that climate hence why they look like eachother. How hard is that to understand? It’s giving, “why do some somalis and Ethiopians/Eritreans look alike”?

It’s true that arabs treat lighter skinned arabs better in their land. There are afro-arabs and tanner skinned syrians, I think that’s what they meant by “dark”. Syrians being pale is a stereotype, they are lighter than other arabs but aren’t pale like you think they are.

I do agree that Syrians are not that racist. They’ve shown that they are probably the least racist arabs. Lebanese are from hell.

but it’s very stupid to act like darker skinned people whether they are black or not will get treated like a regular syrian is not true. Their is racism everywhere and Syrians aren’t exempt. Like any arab they will treat white better than black. But Syrians are still good people.
