I have seen the people of South West fed up with such oppression that they are planning to secede from Somalia and call it “Maayland”.

You deny them Presidency or Prime Minister, then You rig their federal elections, then you use Ethiopian troops and massacre their citizens, then you build a fake airport in their capital Baraawe for 4.5 million and now you leave them out of COVID-19 agenda.
