South West State of Somalia is a terrible name

Neither is it the Westernmost, Southernmost, nor Southwesternmost place in Somalia.

They could not have come up with any better name than this?

Its an incredibly unimaginative name, but at least it does not have foreign elements to it, Koonfur Galbeed trumps Puntland in my opinion, rename the place Daludug or something like that.

Geography in a country/state name generally is a terrible idea.

Gedo and the Jubas are actually the most Southwest point in Somalia, not Bay/Bakool/Shabelle etc.
