U.A.E is a Pro Zionist Pro US stooge.

they claim to be a religious country, but how many only fans models and Hookas go there to have parties, sex trafficking, gulf states leaders who have romantic evenings with certain women, alcohol etc.

UAE wants to build an empire in east Africa. After they seperated ways with KSA they want to be the dominance force in this region. That’s is why the support RSF Ethiopia and Somaliland.

This deal with South Sudan will provide UAE with discounted oil.

UAE and KSA want to import oil for domestic usage to export their own oil reserves. Their oil reserves are getting decreasing, and they intentionally drilling less, because they want to keep the pricing for oil high.

importing cheap oil for domestic usage can help UAE to produce less oil to export its oil more expensively
You are only Anti-UAE because when UAE had to pick between Ethiopia & Eritrea as allies it choose Ethiopia over the African improvreshed version of N.Korea.

The U.A.E closed its base in Eritrea in 2021 already.

Nearly 3 years before Ethiopian-Eritrean relations became worse. Way before the MOU and Abiy Ahmed’s speech on the Redsea.

Likely because of pressure by the USA because UAE backed the Eritrean and Ethiopian army against the TPLF by supplying drones and conducting air strikes against TPLF.

After the Tigray war, U.A.E began to arm the Rapid support forces in Sudan, and UAE began to arm the Ethiopian army after Abiy Ahmed made its speech on the Redsea claiming Eritrean sea ports.

of course we Eritreans have every right to oppose UAE for this.

UAE foreign policy is to exploit corruption and civil conflict in poor countries so it can suck it dry of resources and workers and to strengthen their geopolitical position so they can prop up their soulless vacuous artificial fake country. Not supporting Isreal and the US is also not good for their capitalist motives

"We don't mix the economy and trade with politics," Thani al Zeyoudi told reporters in Dubai.
In March, a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the two countries came into effect, Israel’s first free trade agreement with an Arab state

As a reminder African economies are already losing billions of dollars to gold smuggling through the UAE.

Analysts also saying that the same logics of smuggling explain the UAE’s latest forays into mining, renewable sectors, and the green economy in Africa, including through involvement in carbon trading and procurement of critical minerals.

@Nilotic what is the UAE’s end goal in Africa?they control Somalia, Chad, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Sudan if RSF wins.

The UAE wants to secure farmland, mineral resources and control over strategic waterways, like the Red Sea.
At perilous times like these a nationalist group would arise, assess the threat, and attack. Is there a countering force to the sitting regime which are capable of taking governance by force, or is the situation unsalvageable?

May the people of South Sudan see peace

Unfortunately, no.

The risk isn't that we'll have to sell oil at a discount for 20 bloody years; the risk is that we won't be able to make the repayments on the loan -- opening up the way to us losing more than just discounted oil.

It’s always the US affiliated politicians ones doing this heinous crap to their own people. UAE is like their dog that does their bidding, so that US hands can remain clean.
