..Those donkeys actually did steal that large amount of State money and that was from 2005-2013.

Oil prices were extremely high in that period and they didn't make any positive use of that windfall; since we had to share 50% of the South's oil with Khartoum, the North & South literally made at least $40 billion during that period.
