I went to a popular third world country shoppers and especially Somalis grocery store today. I saw a skinny Farah in make up, dyed blonde hair, and pretty nail colors at the cashiers. There were 4 cashiers. Two black women, one white man and this gay somali kid. I saw young hijaabi girls chatting with him comfortably. He looked Isaaq or at least Djiboutian. Just out of curiosity i went to his lane so i could observe near close. Some Somali adeer looking me funny for choosing this lane- from the further lane. I mean serious nasty stares, I suppose they made a conscious decision not go to his lane. Upon coming closer, i noticed the farah was exceedingly slender, with heavy face make up foundation. Upto the Jaw Contour make up looking like Lion King the Broadway play. As soon as i put my stuff in the bag i smiled, and said thank you. He didn't pay attention, he was seriously focused on him job. I walked away thinking- Wow-- this is another universe i am living in walaahi
