Assuming no new selection installs a new FGS by February 8, Beenadir state should assume all FGS powers withing Muqdisho.

The 5 FMS and Benaadir should negotiate a new Southern government and constitution. So that Muqdisho, which has higher population than any FMS, gets more autonomy and representation. All FMS also pay taxes or Benaadir keeps the Muqdisho taxes.

The first step is BenaadirState assuming all FGS powers in its territory

It all comes down to MrCheese and his Haawiye hosts. If they decide FGS mandate ends and new FGS parliament is not selected then the best way forward is to secure governance from terrororists and other foreigners in Benaadir and the 5 FMS

What are u talking about?? SWS is the most populated state in Somalia. Benaadir is 2nd. How is that undermining banaadir??
The creation of banaadir state is a must. Banaadir state would allow the FGS to focus more on expanding its reach rather than squatting in xamar forever. That plus seeing a certain clan crying about the creation of banaadir is indeed going to be a beautiful sight to watch
