This happened in Sanaag in small town (Jidbaale) so it’s nothing to do with Sool.

The issue (unknown) is between two neighbouring families of the town so it isn’t much of a big deal, nonetheless this kind of rash violence shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere in Somalia
