I personally don't know what the hell this license does. I believe it will help with international purchasing and allows Somalia to enter the international financial system.

Somalias shilling should come to existence ij the next 4 years. IMF has several important measures before allowing it to exist.

Somtel has arrived for its license. It used the same country code and will follow the telecommunication laws as well lool.
