something about the governments of the United States, Great Britain, France, etc. that has never made sense

You know how the USA, Britain, France, and other nations declared war on isis, al qeada, al shabab, the Taliban, and so forth and decided to invade and bomb those countries, killing civilians and terrorists alike while simultaneously destroying those countries, such as Iraq and Syria, but they refuse to do the same for the cartels. The United States of America, "the police country," decided to do nothing but watch even though there are cartels operating in America despite the fact that the Mexican government was unable to battle and destroy the cartels.

Therefore, why do they not declare war on the cartels in the same way that they did with ISIS, Al Qaeda, Al Shabab, and the Taliban? :birdman:
