During the Kacaan era, Somalia accumulated significant debt while struggling economically and educationally, relying heavily on aid from Europe, USA and Soviet block.Puntland - yes, as for Waqooi, especially Hargesia and Berbera, that's a lie. The Kacaan developed your dusty tuulos. Those cities were better than some Southern cities and had development. Even Burco was better off since there were factories and a booming livestock market there.
The British left you guys with nothing while the Somali gov built you ports, schools, hospitals etc. You were better off than most Somali regions aside from the capital. Stop lying
Ask you parents, Hargesia and Berbera also had electricity and running water. The most under the Kacaan the most undeveloped regions in Somalia were Mudug, Galguduud, Gedo and some parts of Bari. Every other region had a factory and some sort of industry. Even small cities like Las Khorey had a huge fish factory and would export fish.
