The programmes are also taught by qualified English/ Arabic speakers. Lebanon GDP is three times that of Somalia. There are probably towns in Lebanon with better infrastructure than Somali cities.

Scholarships. Remember the Somali student in China, who lives in the Muslim part of it, who is popular on tiktok. He has a full scholarships, everything is payed for him.

It's not only Somalis in those other countries like Lebanon, it's students from various countries.

They usually travel abroad to get expertise and access to a broader range of specific courses that is lacking in Somalia and they select the ones with highest marks to give scholarship to as well, so that they are well prepared.

Most of them actually return to Somalia to benefit the country and to fill the missing gap.
