Love how people, who've never set foot in Kenya, know soo much about it, and peddle bullsh*t lies about the life Somalis have in the country. Odd how these people, tend to be coming from a clan bias.
Masha'Allah, Somalis have immense power and wealth in Kenya. Somalis own the Kenyan economy, Somalis are OVER represented in the Kenya police force and military, and it's the same in the politics of the country. Somali Kenyans, have a good life, a very good life. Their not "oppressed", as some have the gall to claim.
The only Somalis that have it hard in Kenya, are those newly arrived from Somalia. And for the most part, they too are living the high life. I know soo many people, family members, associates of my family, and so on, who have built a very profitable businesses in the country, and now live in luxury.
I must also correct the false idea, that it's the Kikuyus that have a dislike and bitterness for Somalis. Infact that couldn't be more further from the truth. Somalis and Kikuyus have a great relationship. In fact, in the last decade or so, they have become allied with us Somalis. If you ever come accross a Somali hating Kenyan, know their not Kikuyu, but rather from the other bantu/nilotics groups.
