Floyd Mayweather can’t read a sentence from a Harry Potter book but his ring iq is what made him go 50-0. His ability to process and gather information in the early rounds is what’s amazing about him.

What sets the elite boxers from the good ones is their brains inside the ring.

Sure you have anomalies like Deon’tay Wilder who can knock out a horse but his last opponent Tyson Fury was robbed of a win and he was out of the ring for 2 years on a cocaine and alcohol bender. His ring smarts is what got the job done.

That’s why.i hope these Mali guys are spending every hour in the gym perfecting their skills. And having an amateur career before they hit the big league. The best ones have atleast 200 amateur fights.
