maybe is the area I live in. We are mostly isaaq and all know each other there are other clans here but my mum don't really know them well outside of "hello".

I'm from London and I would say it's a mix in my area the majority is def isaaq but there's a good amount of others around as well

For Cardiff, this might be true since it’s mainly isaaqs that live there, but I don’t think this is true for London.

I used to live in Hayes and that place was like Somaliweyn. Every single Somali clan could be found, even the minorities. I live in a completely different area now and although it doesn’t have as many Somalis, the Somalis in my neighbourhood are pretty diverse. It’s a mix of harti, ciise, isaaq, abgaal and Madow weyn. My mum gave me a breakdown of all the Somalis that live near us, their clans and their political beliefs. I actually don’t know why she knows this
