Ok fair enough, that's quite different from most somalis. Inshallah you learn arabic first fousha then dialect, i'd recommend the Egyptian or the Oman one which your grandparents live in. I'm not fluent in my Darija specifically but Moroccan Arabic really just varies on the region, people in certain areas especially the coast tend to input a lot of spanish words or french for example especially the upper class and well educated. Libyan is where it gets quite different especially the east. Cities can have specific accents or dialects in Tunisia for example.You're Half Tunisian right?
