It's hard to start small businesses or simple migrant hustles in Northern Europe with all their regulations, unlike Africa or North America. The only way you can have good social mobility there is thru education into middle class jobs like doctors etc. This is a gradual long term process. Future Scandi Somalis will be better off, the best the current generation can do is create a culture that reveres education and is very socially conservative like the indhoyar or yahuud or Nigerians.

The freer, cheaper and easier it is to do business in a country the better the outcome for somalis. Its a spectrum:

I think these countries are counting somali citizens, not children born or raised there with norwegian citizenship who make the vast majority of the population.
