It’s trolling sxb it’s true to a extent but it is for every other ethnicity as well

And they get left out of challenging classes because teachers fear it will bring the school’s reputation down.

It could be permissive parenting where he's allowed to do as he pleases without much care for how much time he spends on his homework in this case in reading comprehension.
