A shocking political event that will not affect them directly which is why itโs so easy for them to joke about it. Somalis back home are starving and are displaced by floods and then you have the doqons in the diaspora mocking their own people for ajnabis laughs. Itโs so cringe. Somalis need better leaders to instill self respect and dignity in our community.

I know that they're racist but they type in French unlike somalis we type in English and expose things in English for the world to see. I know north africans don't have anything in common with west africans but they pretend to be so they can get cool points.

lol most find us cringe and beggish they don't like us begging them in fact they're heavily offended like Indians begging Israel, while the yahuuds see them as dirt poor despite all the ass licking. Yh only Kenyans I like compared to other East African countries, they have accepted us in the millions despite al shabaab causing grievance to Kenya (well back in the day). I see them show heavily love to us on YouTube, tiktok etc. Another country we should shout out us Bangladesh they always ride for us.

While I'm more of a lowkey person, a lot of these people love attention. All they do is crack jokes at the expense of themselves. Somalis are contenders for being among the most unserious people in the world.
This is why I don't frequent Somali Twitter, and I make sure my TikTok algorithm doesn't show me any Somali FOB & diaspora content. The only time I come across these tweets & videos is when I see the threads on here.

Jeez just how self deprecating is every post in this thread. How do you on one hand hate self deprecating people on twitter and proceed to make 20 posts self deprecating about the self deprecation. And as for an explanation theres like 30 million of us. Its a normal distrubtion that any ethnicity has of that size that there are going to be some extreme geniuses and some extreme embarrassments so we are not special in any way and nothing to self deprecate about. They genius and the embarrassment just have equal access to twitter. The other reason. Qabyalaad. Stop that and you become most advanced overnight. Its not really a difficult hurdle.
