Lets say the average Somali community (clan) is 300,000. 300,000 x $1 = $300,000. That is $300,000
fundraised just in a month if everyone in the clan minus children pay as little as $1,but they would rather
wait for handouts and whites to rescue them.

I did but most of the time the money is pocketed. You can't trust other Somalis to do something for your village, we are talking about
in tight community contributions so the people affected by the drought for example can be helped by their kins town by town donating
as little as $1 instead of begging for handouts.

somalis only care about themselves and what is theirs. they only hide behind qabil when they have nothing

Each sub clan should form some sort of organized diaspora committee where all clan members must pay $50 monthly, the money should only go to development. All of these problems would then be solved. Suppose each major sub clan had 50,000 in the diaspora, that would be $30 million a year.

Unfortunately, even sub sub sub clans are extremely divided. People only raise money to build their empty tuulos.

Yh that is another problem. What is the point of kinship if they can't work together where it matters (development). It shouldn't be about
only war time.
