I have witnessed corruption in SL especially when I was on a road trip from Hargeysa to Boroma. The car I was traveling in was stopped between gabiley and kalabayd on the awdal regional road. The driver had to pay the motorcycle officer and follow him to his house. I remember the driver ( my dad's friend) got vexed. But, thankfully he calmed down and continued the journey.
