What resources do they need to obtain full control over the airspace they can get the equipment from any where u do know that right

It’s not that simple the ICAO has to approve it then they transfer the equipment Somalia itself only got control of their airspace recently. If it was that simple Somaliland would’ve done it ages ago. Plus let’s say you get ahold of that via some other channels what are you gonna do shoot down airplanes containing civilians you might as well invite the United States to invade and tear you a new one.
