The recognized Government of somalia or more importantly the clan that actually owns the land have no "jurisdiction or claim" of that land as claimed by these marqan folks.

SL was enjoying diplomatic western support they refused to receive Firdhiye in Xalane apart from Turkey and China. UK who is the penholder for Somalia in the SC wants to keep SSC within SL

Abukar Bale told them to align with the SFG policy towards SL and SSC so they will be forced to abandon SL .
