Problem is khat is legal in Somaliland region and there was no court process, this is simply theft.

There's still Somalia banned khat too but Khat is still found in their markets.

Somaliland has better enforcement capabilities, when something is banned only way people will listen if it's clamped down hard.

It was banned for Ramadan, not sure if it is banned until COVID19 goes away

bringing up due pricess and civil asset forfeiture in USA made me reassess. No more confiscating QaadMobiles without due process. Otherwise we will have more corruption that benefits jeegan system

Jeegan officials will resell confiscated property and cause more chaos. Qaad should be stopped through laws and court supervision not some on-the-fly policing for profit
