That agreement was ripped up by former President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud when he landed at Mogadishu airport. It wasn't worth the paper it is written on.

That agreement was ripped up by former President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud when he landed at Mogadishu airport. It wasn't worth the paper it is written on.

That is what Somaliland will try to use. Somalia is not a reliable partner that can be trusted. I think its a new approach, we will see if it will lead to anything.
