The two woman are adults but they should at least free the child. Somaliland region is bad.

Yeah, i do agree. I gather based on the arrest that somaliland authorities made it would not be surprising that they don't have enough evidence. Unless, there is an assumption that the women in question were part of a conspiracy to form the group or is aiding them in some shape of form.
