Now their hiding out in their ditches hopping not to be spotted. The truth is SL successfully defended their positions and inflicted far more losses on Puntland than they took.

The superior Puntland colonels and generals aren't attacking Somaliland yet because they are waiting for things to pop off in Laascaanood and other places in Sool and Sanaag. The next strike will not only be for Tukaraq but to also liberate Sool and Sanaag. They are orchestrating many attacks on multiple fronts. Puntland is in no rush to attack.

Ethiopia has already thrown out their Somaliland consulate and decided to talk directly with the federal government before dealing with Somaliland. Since PL has unsuccessfully tried to dislodge SL Troops from Tukaraq 3 straight times I say SL has way more confidence. Yeah couple colonels got killed in hit and run attacks , but remember those are hit and run attacks , and everyone knows the only time one resorts to hit and run is when you are badly outmatched if you were to go toe to toe .
