The President of Somaliland has received an official invitation to visit Ethiopia on Tuesday. During the visit, he is expected to meet with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed
Also HSM was there Abiy Ahmed said that he accepted Ethiopia obtaining a sea corridor.
And ciro was in the Emirates for a long time and the Emirates recently said that it wants to build a train linking Somaliland and Ethiopia at a cost of 3 billion

Even if Ethiopia recognizes SL, it wont mean much in the grand scheme. All it will do is cause Oromos and Amharas to flood Hargeisa and Berbera and eventually replace the local population and then annex the port which they have been after for centuries. Ethiopia will not recognize Somaliland they don’t want to upset the balance of Somalis if they do the they choose the side of Somaliland their troops will be outside of Somalis they will lose all influence in Somalia so they won’t do that or risk that u should learn from the whole mou. No I am not against development, im against the further balkanization of our land. We dont need to regress and bring back the British colonial borders. Yall think Ethiopia has our best interest at heart but you're not seeing the bigger picture. Our ancestors have not been at war with the Abyssinians for centuries over nothing.

These are issues we should be solving together not inviting our historic enemy to play divide and conquer against us. That's all this is. Divide and conquer.
