The areas that require urgent development is burco and oodweyne of togdheer province.
Erigavo district sanaag province ( possible road construction that links erigavo with maydh and along the coast towards sayalc via Lughaya, bulhar, berbera and eastern saaxil so that once the port in maydh is made it can create revenue for local provincial government by making it competitive to somalia's bossaso port.
Sool province including the las anod district.
Saraar province the city and District of Caynaba.

Salel and awdal excluding Gabiley and maroodi jeex.
