This comes a week after Somaliland Government officials condemned the actions of individual who re-established a militia group with the objective to create a homeland in 3 provinces which includes the Southeastern Togdheer district of Bouuddle called Cayn in SL. The government officials expressed a great concern in regards to urging the people of the region to priorities on their young people with regards to education.. Allegations made by SCC stating that Somaliland is influencing the area which was denied by Somaliland political officials.
