ooh wait ....I forget that SL is the only place in the world where the president and MPs pass motions while high on khat, So I shouldn't be expecting them to stop the Khat import from Ethiopia, it will cause an uprising among the citizens.

Of course my cousin would start his khat session with Harari since it arrives Bossaso first at 11 am to noon and after chewing about a bundle the Mira would come by airplane at 3pm , Harari is much cheaper too since it comes by car through SL,Mira is worth the money since it is at least three times more potent than Harari.
