It is independent from all aspects of Somalia now and hasn't been for 30 years.
When is official it allows Somaliland to develop faster which in turn trickles down to to rest... Somaliland would be able to assist Somalia in all aspects of development especially politics.
The electoral commission in Somaliland can train and assist in election as they have the experience
Teacher Training College in Hargeisa and Civil Service institute will be open to those in Somalia (it is now but unofficially as when you sign up they assume you'll be working in Somaliland)
