@killerxsmoke even their budget is bogus, it's a never-ending fore-cast budget on spreadsheets, it's never closed at the end of the year with bank account receipts loool becuz the bank accounts are empty.

This is the mad doctor when I see their parliament new budget forecast each year, but at the end of year no bank account receipts. Wa iska budget forecast that never ends.

What is this 149% gdp grown from 2021-22. With this money they’d be a bully in the horn that has more per capita than kenya and Ethiopia.

@killerxsmoke Budget forecasts how can you compare or balance it without closing the budget at the end of the year with bank account receipts, waa waali toos ah, just new budgets every year and writing what you want, but when it comes time to measure the budget forecast, noone wants to check the bank accounts of the government becuz of 'naxdin'.

But then again if u tell them the truth they are not a nation(sane person) they will arrest you so they can continue living in madness thinking their a nation. Their budget is no different, war xira budgetka with bank account receipts abbahina wase si loo arko hadayba run tahay your excel spreadsheets.
