In Africa currently, Libya and Nigeria hold the title of the oil giants on the continent, proven oil reserves are 48,000 and 37,062 billions of barrels. Somalia as of right now is estimated to have 110 billions of barrels which make both Libya's and Nigeria's oil reserves look like a joke and that's only counting offshore oil and not onshore.

Gedo, Puntland onshore and offshore, SL region would IMO put Somalia well above 200bn barrels of oil. People say Allah SWT cursed Somalis but Allah SWT actually blessed us with immense wealth for a small country. I can't count all the things Somalia is blessed with like having one of the best wind and solar potential in the whole world.
