Religious government is regressive and shouldnt be Implimenged6. 7th century religion cant be used to discuss 21st century policies based on advanced mathematical and philosophical models.

Religion should be kept to thw mosques always.

We as a clan have secular and religious xeer, are u saying all Nugaal clan elder are gaal now? we use religious xeer for matters relating to religion only, while we use secular xeer and make our laws on matters concerning our clans-men and current issues. There was a famous incident in 2001 our clan elder convened to execute a law to prohibit our clans-men from relations with another clan. I am not only going to inherit this secular xeer, I am going to write a constitution for my clan regarding how they select they're nabadoon, if it's dhaxal and passed to next of kin and so forth, The rights and responsibilities of clans-men. Why? I know the prophet had constitution in Medina and Shariah separate. So Secular/Constituion/Shariah is how I am going to set up my clan when I inherit the nabadoon role. U will see my clan in the future where 10 men are worth 1000 men in Somalia in wealth, academic, inventions, etc

My Nabadoon has SECULAR xeer, which basically means he can make a law for us as a clan about our clan development, our clan relations with others and who we can marry and not, and so many other facts like our soldiers and who they can fight for and not fight.
